The Professional Waitron course was created with the intention of training the Food and Beverage department on what a Professional Waitron is and how we should portray ourselves.


The course modules teaches students on many of the core theoretical principles of being a Professional Waitron and the face of the restaurant, we also delve into role play scenarios and practical skill application.
