Gondwana Collection Namibia Pty Ltd has 24 lodges scattered throughout Namibia. Some of our lodges are equipped with the Digital Scale supplied to us by The Delta Training Academy. Because of the volume of guest at some of our larger properties, we need to be able to have a quick turnaround when stock taking takes place. Not only quick but also accurate. We also use the scale as we find the measuring wheel supplied by our suppliers is no longer suffice. Suppliers are issuing new bottle sizes, new spirits are coming out on the marketplace and are not on the given measuring wheel, thus using the Digital Scale helps for accuracy. The Delta Training Academy is always willing to assist with training on the device or any updates that are required.
We contracted The Delta Training Academy to set up and implement our Standard Operating Procedures across key areas of our lodges.
